A big festive Hello to you all!

 As 2015 draws to a close, I would like to wish you the very best this special season brings. It is a time to reflect on the past year and all that has been achieved. I celebrated the first Christmas outing of the season on Monday with ladies from my Chinley relaxation class. We have one more class next Monday and then class breaks until the New year January 11th.The final six weekly gathering of 2015 was very special, and I look forward to sharing the gatherings in the new year as more of you step on to the mindful path to self-compassion!

Although it is a time of celebration – it is non the less a busy time so do remember to take care of yourselves and each other.

I am finding this to be an effective way to reach people who may not have otherwise been able to access my therapy services. I can offer more flexible times and distances are not a problem!

I am looking forward to sharing new courses and workshops in the new year and hosting the Mindful self compassion weekend retreat at Willersley Castle hotel in March. There a few places left so do get in touch if you would like to book a place and takes some time out for yourself. I am also looking forward to getting my new website up and running for the New Year, I hope to make this a resource for well-being and I hope to revamp my newsletter too, so please bear with me- as it is out with the old and in with the new in January!
