As 2016 begins, I look forward to sharing another wonderful year with you, and there is much to look forward to.
Sometimes when we feel like there is so much to get done and achieve as a new year begins, I find it helpful to break goals and resolutions down and I am inspired by Tim Peake as I take a look at the bigger picture from a distance.
It is helpful to know that just setting an intention for positive change can be enough to begin with rather than taking an all or nothing January 1 approach with any new year’s resolution.
I am sharing a couple of useful links here on setting goals: “Stop negative thoughts from getting you down”
How self-compassion can help you focus on change and intention to making your new year resolutions successful
Chinley relaxation classes begin again on Monday 11 January 10.00am-11.00am at my Chinley practice.
Also this month, on January 23 I am running a morning workshop and retreat with an introduction to Mindful self-compassion. Places are limited for this lovely New year offering and I look forward to welcoming you on the day. The first six weekly gathering of 2016 takes place the following week on Saturday 30 January- do get in touch and let me know if you are able to attend.
I am looking forward to sharing new courses and workshops this new year and hosting the Mindful self compassion weekend retreat at Willersley Castle hotel in March. There a few places left so do get in touch if you would like to book a place and takes some time out for yourself. I am also looking forward to getting my new website up and running for the new year, I hope to make this a resource for well-being and I hope to revamp my newsletter too! This is a work-in -progress so please bear with me.
