Skype, zoom, and face time sessions are available by arrangement and are charged at £60.00 per session via bacs for a one hour session until October 1 2020.
Please note, after no increase in over 5 years I am increasing my online fee to £65.00 on 1 October-if you are currently engaged in therapy online with me, the £60 fee will be honoured until you complete treatment with or until 1 January 2021-whichever comes first.
NB: I closed the doors to my Chinley Practice on March 25 2019 and I closed the doors to my Knutsford practice on 15 September , having not reopened since March 2020. Due to covid and other practical benefits, I have relocated to Twemlow and opened for business on Tuesday 22 September 2020.

Please note-this is the only clinic where I am offering face to face consultations at the moment under strict covid guidelines for those who can only attend face to face appointments-this is a limited service with a reduced number of clients being seen per day to ensure my room is completely aired and cleaned after each client. You will be invited to hand sanitize at reception and wear a mask at all times in reception and in the corridors, until you enter my room where we can social distance safely and the room is well ventilated.

Fees: An initial telephone enquiry of up to 20 minutes to discuss your issues and treatment options is FREE.
My therapy fees are £85 for an initial consultation and therapeutic intervention of 1.5 hours -recommended
All other sessions are charged at £70 for 50 minutes to 1 hour-including the initial session if you prefer just one hour.
Payment can be made via bacs prior to the session (contact me for details) or by cash at the session.
In the very near future I hope to offer a further two payment options: via my website as an online secure payment and by card via a hand held card machine the date these options become available is TBC.
I am covered by all major health insurers , including AXA Health, AVIVA, and I am a BUPA fee assured preferred provider. For health insurance sessions I will require your registration and preauthorisation details before treatment commences.
All medical reports made at the request of the health insurers will free once written consent has been received from my client.
NB: From 1 October 2020 Medical reports requested by clients with written consent, for work or GP, or medico-legal reasons will be charged at £20 per report. This fee is negotiable depending on the circumstance of the request. Medical reports and other confidential information sent electronically will be encrypted in line with GDPR.
NB: A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies : 50% of fees payable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. A cancellation fee is not requested if cancellation is due to covid symptoms or other infectious conditions.

NB: Park Lane Consulting rooms operate a 48 hour cancellation policy-charging £12.50 if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of their appointment. This is included in the 50% cancellation fee if a cancellation is made within 24 hours.
I offer a home visit service for those struggling to attend a clinic due to physical difficulty.
Fees are £100 for an intial consultation and therapeutic input of 1.5 hours , subsequent sessions are £85.00 per one hour session payable in cash at the session or via bacs prior to the session.
Please note due to covid I am currently unable to offer home visits until further notice or by special request via a GP referral.
Deposit and Cancellation policy.
When an appointment is made there is usually a £25.00 deposit to be paid prior to attending the first session, by mutual agreement. This is deducted from the consultation fee at the end of the final session. This deposit is fully refundable should you not be able to attend or wish to defer attendance up to 48 hours and no later than 48 hours before commencement of the first session.
If cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the first appointment then the deposit is held until the appointment is rescheduled. It is non refundable at this point. This policy is discretionary.
Also, a cancellation fee will be sought via invoicing if no deposit has been taken at the start of treatment. Cancellations have an impact on other clients who could have taken the appointment and also on myself – however unforseen emergencies – medical or otherwise do arise and these are taken into consideration with compassion and on notification the cancellation fee is wavered on a discretionary basis.
