For your comfort and peace of mind.
Please note- I am offering face to face consultations within a clean, tranquil, and secure setting. I have a cancellation policy in place and clinical guidelines for cancellation due to illness in place. Please do not attend a face to face appointment with symptoms of colds/flu/covid-if you have symptoms on the day of your appointment it is fine to either postpone or move your appointment online if you are well enough to undertake therapy-otherwise, for peace of mind, we can postpone and there will be no cancellation charge. My room is well ventilated.

Home visits
I no longer offer a home visit service.
Deposit and Cancellation policy.
When an appointment is made there is usually a £25.00 deposit to be paid prior to attending the first session, by mutual agreement. This is deducted from the consultation fee at the end of the final session. This deposit is fully refundable should you not be able to attend or wish to defer attendance up to 48 hours and no later than 48 hours before commencement of the first session.
If cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the first appointment then the deposit is held until the appointment is rescheduled. If no deposit has been taken and cancellation is made within 24 hours, including the day of appointment -the full appointment fee is chargeable. Any deposit already taken is non refundable at this point. This policy is discretionary.
Also, a cancellation fee will be sought via invoicing if no deposit has been taken at the start of treatment. Cancellations have an impact on other clients who could have taken the appointment and also on myself – however unforeseen emergencies – medical or otherwise do arise and these are taken into consideration with compassion and on notification the cancellation fee is wavered on a discretionary basis.
