A New Year day retreat at Disley Quaker meeting House nestled in peaceful countryside above the village of Disley up Ring O Bell’s Lane just on the East cheshire border, where you can relax and focus without the interruptions of everyday demands and busy lives.

This nurturing and uplifting workshop is presented as a day retreat with guided reflection and self-compassion practice. Following in the footsteps of some of today’s most successful people who take time out to plan, to think, to focus, to dream,to achieve.
Annette welcomes you to this special day for you to take this time at the start of a brand new year. Join Annette as she guides you through a series of gentle practices and meditations that will enable you to think clearly and positively about what you want to achieve in the year ahead for your own health, well-being, and happiness, focusing on your core values and what brings meaning and substance to your everyday life.
